Personal Record Management

As MyPRM is providing the management of Personal Record Management facility, so no online purchase of item is available. Hence, return of item is not applicable.

The user can cancel the subscription at any time during the active period of plan. The balance amount will be refunded back to user account after deducting the amount as per below terms and conditions:

1. Total number of days services are utilized by the user; and
2. A cancellation fee of 20% of the total package amount; and
3. Any services if utilized by user and payment is pending will be adjusted first and then balance amount will be refunded, if exists
